Technology plays a huge role in developing students' problem-solving skills. With tools like Google Docs, Kahoot, Minecraft Education Edition, and Scratch, students learn critically, collaborate, and approach problems creatively. There are so many ways that tech supports problem-solving. Interactive tools like virtual whiteboards help students brainstorm together. Coding games like Scratch teach logic, sequencing, and troubleshooting. Simulations and digital puzzles foster decision-making skills. Collaborative documents like Google Slides encourage teamwork and feedback
In many classrooms I have been in, I see students work together on digital math challenges using Google Jamboard and grow more confident each time they find solutions as a team. Technology encourages exploration and gives students space to test ideas, fail safely, and try again.
